Brain Train
Brain Train
How do you play Brain Train?
Choose a challenge from the booklet. Your job is to work out how to fill and connect the wagons with the right blocks as shown in the image. You’ll use a mix of colour and shape to determine the solution.
As the challenges progress in difficulty the instructions become more abstract and require logical deduction. It’s a great introduction to mind puzzles aimed at ages 3+ (to about 8).
Toys like this have many years of use. Initially children play with the parts, then they start to solve the problems and later they come back and truly master them or even work with younger siblings to solve the puzzles.
What can you learn?
-planning
-problem solving
-spatial insight
THINKercise Twist:
- Work alongside your child to teach problem solving skills. A great way to do this is to talk about the thinking behind all the decisions you make while solving a challenge.
- Encourage play with this toy before children are ready to solve the challenges.
Note: While most of our mind puzzles are chosen to appeal to adults and children alike, this game is really an introductory game.

Want a closer look?
Sometimes it can be helpful to have a closer look.
I love to show these items (in person or online) so that you can choose whether they're right for you.
Its not a pushy salesy conversation but a chance for you to ask questions and see what you're getting in action. That's always helpful.
